Broncos - Pittsburgh Ticket Prices

I've got tickets to Sundays game. I'm not selling them. (Woopi for me, I know.)

However, I can't believe the prices that people are getting for them on eBay, and other online outlets. $500.00 to $800.00 for a $95.00 ticket? For a playoff game? Unreal.

I did notice on eBay that the Seattle game tickets are going for about half the price of Denver tickets.

That's too bad.

Pittsburg fans travel REALLY well, I've heard that they are willing to pay a lot for tickets and really go the extra mile. It wasn't too far of a drive but in the last week of the season last year, after they had clinched, with Pittsburg playing the Bills in a game that didn't mean anything to the Stalers and meant everything to the Bills, Ralph Wilson stadium was one third black and gold. These people made the trek to watch their second and third stringers and managed to get all those tickets from Bills fans who were hoping to see their team beat the Pittsburg JV and make the playoffs for the first time in 5 years. I don't like them, but I was impressed, great fans. In the last two weeks I've heard on the telecasts that the Bengals and Colts organizations asked fans not to sell their tickets to Pittsburg fans. Maybe that's what is creating the demand, not to mention that the AFC championship game is likely to be far more exciting.

Well, I would love to go and watch history being made. And by that I mean watching the first sixth seed team going to (and winning) the Super Bowl.

And FYI its spelled Pittsburgh

I know a big Bronco fan who used to live in Denver. He is always looking for excuses to go back there for a game to party with his friends and fellow Bronco fans. There are probably thousands of people like him around the country.

I'm sure he has a ticket already, but if he did not, he would probably pay the going rate.

Denver might have rabid enough fans that most aren't willing to sell their team out by giving up their tickets for a few greenbacks!

Should be an awesome game, but I'm a little disppointed in the weather forecast -- you'd think a game in Denver in January would have some snow and some cold???
