Been noticing that as the wall paint is drying it is also blistering. It bubbles
about 20 minutes after rolling it on. When i check it the following day the majority of the bubbles have flattened out.

I repair the bubbles (sand and fill ) paint several days later and again more bubbles.

I have noticed several things , many coats of paint, (old walls) several layers back it was semi gloss with latex over it. Thge last coat seams to be cheap paint as when i sanded the walls , the paint came off very fast in a cloud of dust. I was sanding with 100 grit on a high speed random orbital sander. The sanding was light and fast, there is evadence of paint bubles back then.
