breakfast consists of a boal of oatmeal and 3 scrambled eggs. Could easily up it to 4 or 5, but dam eggs give you gas...

I try to get low-fast lunchmeat, such as Roast Beef and low-fast turkey. Only use wheat bread too...white sucks!

Get used to the protein and you will be fine.

I've heard this, but never really understood the issue with soy... I switched to whey several years ago so haven't bothered to research the soy issue.
Also, I'm having a hard time finding a whey protien powder I like. They all are way to sweet for my tastes... too much NutraSweet or Splenda. Do you know of any that might be less sweet?

Try the Optimum Nutrition Natural whey. I use natural whey because it has no taste and doesn't have that "straight out of the ***, chalky" taste like most do. The reason why whey is more of a bodybuilders protein is because of the time of breakdown of amino acids into the body. Whey usually breaks down within half an hour to an hour whereas soy will be over like 12 hours I think. Sure it's cool to have that constant flow, but why not have more AA every hour or two?
