Newbie checking in....

Well I am the newest member of F150 0nline.... My name is Chris and I just bought a used F150 Extended Cab to tow my Roush Mustang around.

Look forward to being part of truck land!

and just because I know some one will ask either: What is a Roush or Lets see it....

Welcome Chris!

Nice truck and nice tangs.

This is a place to let your hair down, chill, and let all of lifes mysteries be revealed to you from the vast collective knowledge that resides here.

All right enough about my self.
The guys and gals here are great too!

Seriously,
You can learn anything that you could ever want to know here.
Some things that you will wish that you would have went the rest of your life with out knowing.
Ohh and a little bit about your truck as well as your stangs too.

This site has saved me very very conservatively $1K dollars in the last year in parts and repairs. Plus countless hours and lots of little tips for that little extra performance edge.

Thanks for the comments all.... the Stang on the right (vert) is mine the other is my friend Lees.... its just a great pic... isnt that how all driveways are supposed to look.

As for my Mustang it is 1 of 6 yellow Roush Stage 3 2001's made. Right now it is running at just over 400rwhp (dyno'd at 397... but some more mods have been made) Comes from Roush pushing 365 rwhp but as you can see with some mods... the HP jumps.

The truck I got used... who ever had it before me took good care of it and modded it too. Whn I bought it it had straight pipes on it and a Fiberglass tonneau cover (for sale if someone wants to COME GET IT). I stopped on the way home from the dealership and put a K&N in it and crome nerf bars a few days later so my wife could get in.

Its fast.... butI am already looking for something else... the wife wants more of a family car (Navigator) while me I want the truck. She pays the bills.... so!

Anyway... it has 32K miles on it and runs great so I am happy.... the only thing I don't like is it beeps when you back up....

It beeps like a commercial truck? Man that sucks! Find that wire that powers the beeper and cut it!

There are two beepers.
One plugs in the light socket for the revese light bulbs then the revese light bulb plugs in to it. When the reverse lights come on it has power.
The other is hard wired or plug into the wiring harness like a trailer plug kit would. Then the beeper is mounted to the frame somewhere.
Either way it is easy to remove.
