Yep.
NYC would be an awesome place to live you could really afford to live there -- plus have a nice little cabin up in the Catskill's so you could get away from the crush of umpteen-million people every now and then!
But for the average guy, I just don't see what the attraction would be to have to pay through the nose for small closet with a fold-away bed and a hotplate???

I was there the week before Christmas on business and everywhere I turned I was looking at high-class 'tang in tailored gray dress slacks, black stilletto heels, and short winter jackets!

2.) Mall
3.) Church
4.) 24 hour fitness during the aerobic sessions. Most of these chicks aren't working out, not in their jewelry and heels, unless there's a stripper-training program I don't know about (Marsh & Trinity Mills, Monday - Thursday 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM...
5.) Lifetime Fitness *Note, none of these chicks are working out, they're just walking around in tights... And I like that because I'm not working out either; I'm doing nothing but riding the bike for 36 minutes, and looking at rumps for 3 hours a week*
And, everyone has a car here. If Dallas residents car pooled, the traffic congestion would be reduced by 75%. In New York (And don't get me wrong, I'm not leaving Dallas voluntarily unless: 1.) My new job is paying me big $$ to move. 2.) I lose my current job, and can no longer afford to live here.) there are droves and droves... Let me rephrase that. There are herds of women on the side walks. You don't have to find the "hot spots" It's all a big-*** hot spot.
