6T6CPE's right. Look at the dates for the negative feedback they are all within about 3 days from each other. He had a pretty decent percentage before he decided to scam all these people. He either had this planned for a long time or he just up and died before he could ship, lol.
Even still, I never buy unless they accept paypal and they have at least a
95% positive feedback, and thats only if I cant find someone else selling the
same thing with 100% feedback.
