On a traffic camera????

They dont even have battery back up for the traffic signals themselves.

Why would they put battery back up on a traffic camera for a traffic signal that doesnt work when the power goes off???

A news camera would not have the little box with camera location nor a radar gun to record the speed.

Besides Katrinas winds were only 133 MPH it would take miles and miles of unobsecured travel and constant wind pressure of 133 mph before a 133mph wind could get a 2000 lb (+) object up to the full speed equal to the wind speed. Plus many other physics to consider. That I dont have time to go into right now.

That box wasn't originally in the picture, it was chopped in. Physics or common sense, come on. Anything is possible. I saw mountaineer edit a post for spelling!
