I just don't understand how this can happen. I keep hearing it's common, and part of the culture to an extent (and maybe not to this extent), but still I just don't understand...

 

I just read that not 4 minutes ago Closer. Messed up stuff man. I can't imagine having to sit and watch that and then deal with the bodies all night.

 

Thats friggin terrible!! How could anyone do that to their own children?? I'm sorry but thats just more proof how screwed up that part of the world really is.

I always have the day off, not working at the present time. I just usually have way to many things going on during the day to sit behind the computer and BS my day away!!

 

you guys gotta remember, in many parts of the world women are not family members, they are possessions. American women have no idea how easy they have it based on the fact that they get to go to school, can choose a living for themselves, etc. without fear. While this is particularly messed up, I think many women (and even myself) didn't even realize that prior to our liberation of iraq, women were not even allowed to attend school past a certain age, so they couldn't go to college unless they fled the country.

 

Amazing how f'ed up our world is...

 

You have to remember these are the types of animals we are fighting over there too. If they can do this to their own daughters no wonder they have no problems beheading helpless civilians and strapping bombs to thier body and running into a market and blowing up countless women and children. I wish their was an easy answer to it but how do you fight someone with no true sense of right or wrong and no fear of death? I guess you just have to kill them all off.

 

That's the place we need to make a glass parking lot out of.

 

Thats also the reason why when Iranians were taking hostages of u.s. employees at the embassy back in the 80's, they started out there takeover by having women go in first. They knew they were worthless to them, and that we wouldn't kill them. They were using them as shields. Saddam was infamous for doing the same thing, if he knew americans would be attacking someplace, he'd line it with women and children. They mean nothing to their society but they know that they mean something to OUR society.
