On my cell phone I have Verizon Wireless. For 4 months now in a row I have NOT had a bill come through my mail to me. I do pay the bill though every month after I type in *pmt and that gives me a tesk message saying how much I owe, then I pay it from there.
Problem though is that I have called 4 months now saying I have not had a bill come through the mail and I need to know what I am being charged for since my bill goes up little by little each month. They admitted to me that somewhere there is a problem and that she can't see it in the computers that bills were ever mailed out to me. She said she would look into this and see what the problem might be, never heard from her since and it's been a month since last conversation.
Now I'm on my 5th month not getting a bill. I'm to the point where I feel I do not want to pay anymore until I get a damn bill in my hands explaining what my plan is and why I have been getting charged more and more every month!?
Do I not pay this bill anymore until I get it in my hands?? I'm getting frustrated having to call every month for a bill and yet, I still don't get one.

(Yes, addresses have been verified and I still have a year and a half left on my contract with them so I can't drop them just yet)

 

Go back to where you bought it and get them involved. The more people involved the better.

 

You can go to Verizon.com, register your account and see your bill, charges and usage info online.

I did find out from a guy here I can go online and see the bill now, but what happends if I didn't have a computer?? I shouldn't have to look online to see it, I should have a written bill in front of me, which I don't have now for the past 5 months

 

A lot of companies will not send a paper bill unless you request it....it is a way for them to cut costs....

 

yeah I have no idea why I'm not getting bills, but 5 months now and still no bill?? thats crazy

How much is all that!? Man I am glad I got a promotion at work By the way it's about $1793 in bills, EACH MONTH! So dont bitch about one measly little bill.

 

I have a lot more then just this bill I'm talking about and I'm only 200 bucks lower then you are a month and I'm not even married! My bill a month is just over 1,600
I'm not biching about this bill I have, I'm just sayign there not mailing me the bill like they should be doing. One of these days I'm going to forget to pay this bill since they don't mail me one and then I'll have late charges and they will try to blame it on me, which is there fault though for not mailing me bills to begin with

 

Absolutely NO griping on that one chief! Gas heat here... that's a mere drop in the bucket.... oh yes, it's 20 degrees too! lol

 

You can save $50 a month if you follow the local traffic laws. Then later your insurance bill will come down too. Yea, RP is right, your gas bill is dirt cheap. I pay that gas bill just for the propane gas on the BBQ in the summer months

 

I burn wood, I cut my own wood. I can't buy the gas for the chain saw and my truck to haul it for $20 a month.

Hmm, I am getting ready to put in a new Central air unit and thinking about adding heat too. NG is now on my list to investigate for that. Don't know if I can even get it here???

 

WOW!!!! A $21 natural gas bill. Just paid my gas bill about a week ago to the tune of $84.
