Hey gents,

Just taking a general poll from all the duck hunters out there and how there seasons have been thus far, if your state isn't all ready done..

Ohio (south zone) is getting ready for the second split but, the weather is going to make it quite difficult thanks to cold temps and snow.

It was a strange year here as far as I'm concerned..

 

Well my year has been VERY dissapointing......but for a different reason.....I was not able to find anyone that would let me hunt their land and I never won one of the lotto's at the State Parks......so I am pretty dissapointed.......

 

It started off craptacular here. It was hot, most of the sloughs were dried up, and all of the ducks were up north. Now that it is so cold and nasty from southern Missouri up all the ducks are down here. So if you have a place with water you can limit out in less than an hour. The big problem is that very few places have much water.
