Buy a truck, get a Mossberg pump shotgun...

The spot goes something like this:

The Regular Redneck Spokesman: With every truck we sell, we're giving you a free Mossberg pump shotgun!!!

Female Spokesperson: Why in THE world are you giving away a shotgun with every truck?!!

The Regular Redneck Spokesman: It's our way to help control the spread of the Bird Flu...

Female Spokesperson: Nick, a shotgun can't stop the spread of the Bird Flu!!!

The Regular Redneck Spokesman: Silly city girl... Everyone knows a shotgun can stop ANYTHING...

That was my first thought.
Wasn't it a Mossburg that the bank was giving away in 'Bowling For Columbine'?

He took 'artistic license' by swinging the gun around in the bank as he opened his account.
I believe it took a few weeks to actually get the gun.

I'd give it a 9 on effect and a 3 on factual representation.
It was funny though.

"I want to open an account and get my Mossburg"
"Fine sir, here's your gun and ammo. How much will you be depositing into your new account?"

"Oh, [ratchet-sound] I'm making a withdrawal."

 

I don't remember....all I remember is thinking "I wish my cheap-*** bank would have given me a gun when I started an account with them...hell, they didn't even give me a T-shirt...."
