Angry Justifiable Homicide??

Justifiable homicide?

Need to vent here: One of my employees just informed me that my 2005 Screw [6k miles] has had the whole passenger side keyed. To say that I am perturbed is the understatement of the year! Partially my own fault: I usually park in our locked employee lot, but due to recent back problems, I parked out front since I was only going to be in for a few hours. BUT. I guess that I should be happy that I did not see the perp, otherwise I would be up for Murder in the 1st….[I think I would be justified, as most of the people on this board also would.] Somehow, I do not think the police dept would agree with that. Then the hassle of getting a police report did not calm me down.

Some of it goes through to the metal, so no chance of a buff out. Already called a buddy with a bodyshop, but since I need to drive home now, I thought that I had better vent this to the people here that will understand my condition rather than to be driving in the mood that I was in when I found this. Thanks for the vent and hopefully I will not be targeting people on the way home!

(&^%* WOOF!

i feel for you. my truck was keyed at the long term parking at the airport a few years ago. luckily it was only a foot long.
If i ever see someone keying my vehicle they will get the beating of their life. if you are not man enough to face someone about a problem and you have to key their vehicle when no one is around then that is one worthless POS
Like said in the movie pulp Fiction. "It would be worth getting keyed just to catch the person keying it."

Two years ago I was keyed from tail light to tail ligt, got the lights and the entire tailgate. Big wave pattern on the tail, and nice and deep. Only two suspects, but since I own my house and have kids, I let it go. Also I believe that what goes around comes around, it was payback for something that I did when I was 16. I am not implying anything other than you POed someone. It sux and I know how you feel.

Allowed to kick thier ***?
NO

Worth kicking thier ***?
YES, I'll pay the fines and/or face teh possibility of going to court any day for that!

In Missouri, you can shoot them if the car is at your house and they are facing you so you can claim self defense. Just make sure to shoot to kill so they can't tell a different story and place a weapon in thier hand.

Here in Texas vandalism is considered CRIMINAL MISCHIEF which can be either a misdemeanor or a state jail felony if the value of the damage is greater than $1500.00

In addition, if the perpatrator enters your property to commit the crime it is criminal trespass.

In Texas CRIMINAL TRESPASS is defined as:
A person commits an offense if he enters or remains on or in property, including an aircraft or other vehicle, of another without effective consent or he enters or remains in a building of another without effective consent and he:

(1) had notice that the entry was forbidden; or

(2) received notice to depart but failed to do so.

Found this little note

Property owners and their agents (for example, security guards) may only use reasonable force to protect their property. For example, setting booby traps on a property to hurt trespassers or shooting at trespassers are usually strictly forbidden except in extreme circumstances. A notable exception is the US state of Texas, where it is legal to use deadly force against trespassers after dark.

Trespassers beware

SWEET. No one should be in your home at anytime if you or your family did not let them in. Plus you don't know what they are there for, steal, murder because they "SHOULD NOT BE IN YOUR PROPERTY TO BEGIN WITH" Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! GOTTA LOVE TEXAS.

Man, I was thinking the same thing. That is pathetic. After that, I won't even get into his "there, their, and they're" problem.
He is truely the poster child for malapropism.
