Who's watching the Reggie Bush show?

Is this guy amazing or what? The team that drafts him will instantly become a playoff caliber team.

Two questions for fans:

Do you think that Tony Dungie and the Colts should sit the starters (Manning, James, Harrison) or go for 16-0?

If you were close to last place in the NFL would you tank the rest of the season to get the #1 pick?

Bush, while good on the outside, can't run it up the middle for anything, hence why USC uses LenDale White for that. And Bush will be drafted high, so the team he goes to will most likely have a questionable O-line. And, NFL linebackers, corners, and safeties are all top-notch. His "breakaway" speed won't be as noticeable there. The NFL is sooooo much faster than college. If the team that drafts him is smart, they'll enter him into the league slowly, let him learn the playbook, and the speed and strength of the league. There have been other star running backs that have had to be the workhorse of the team and failed (remember Tim Biakabutuka, Michigan's star that flopped with the Panthers?).

As for the Colts, I'd play them until the end. I'd hate to sit them, they get rusty, and then lose in the playoffs. So what if they lose a game. They should be playing to win to get the home-field and into the playoffs, not worrying about 16-0. Tony Dungy knows this, and I don't think he'll sit them. That said, I would probably sit them during games if the score warranted it, 21+ points or more up. The Colts guys know that 16-0 is in their reach, but I think that they want Super Bowl XL to show them as the winner. Peyton, Marvin, and the other guys know that playing will get them there, not sitting.

One guy doesnt make a team. Bush is talented, no doubt, but if he gets drafted by a team with no o-line he wont last long.

my GB Packers are sitting 2-9 and are fighting the texans for number 1 pick, but week in and week out i hope they win...i dont think any team just tanks the rest of the season for a top pick...too much pride at stake, plus its notlike the top 10 in the draft are sure fire future pro-bowlers (ryan leaf for example), i rather personally see my packers finish out trying their best and if the end up with a top 5 or top 10 pick, trade down to 11-15 plus other picks because top 10 picks are getting waaaay too much guaranteed money and it wouldnt surprise me to see a big change in regards to that in the next couple of years.

The Colts Should Go For History and I Think They Will Do It.

And Im Gonna Agree With Every1 Else Whoever Gets Bush Most Likely Will Have A sh*tty O Line So It Really Wont Matter Instantly in a few Years However it might b a different story

Finally someone who understands the TEAM sport of football!

For those who think a running back can "win it all", just ask Earl Campbell, Herschel Walker, Barry Sanders, Thurman Thomas and Bo Jackson how many Super Bowl rings they have.

x2

About trashing the season for the #1...not likely. Ok the season is shot so now the individuals who are paid based on performance are going to want their stats. They dont care about the organization gettng a #1 pick. Unless the atmosphere is so caustic (like Detroit) players still want to win.
