I could give you some money, but I'd have to quit my team and start one of my own. I've done that too many times though, and I'll problably get kicked off the team if I do it again. But you can buy the used cars. They're no different than a new one. Except they are cheaper.

That game is very addicting PSS! I just bought a mopar drag car. That thing will boogie! And the only mod you can buy for it is the magic gear box. Mine can do a 6.25!

My team leader kicked me off too. I made him a 7.92 supra and sent it to him. He said he'd pay me, but he just kicked me off the team. Stupid bastard. Don't EVER put yourself in a position where you can get scammed. Don't trust anyone on that game. Except KHendrix.

I have modded this Viper some.
went ahead with stage 2 and 3 turbo at once, now having a hard time getting it lined out. Getting worse times than before I installed them, plus all kinds of engine damage.

It slugs out of the hole, then finally reaches 2K RPM about 1/4 way down the track but then it shoots up faster than I can shift, immenent engine damage with every pass. After that, the rest of the race is great.

Put in an app for HedgeHOGZ.
We arent challenging or being challenged yet.
Personally I'm still tuning. Definatly not ready to race yet!

 

Cool man. I'll join up. I'll even give you some good ratios for that viper. Oh, ditch the turbo. The supercharger is faster. I'll tell you everything you need to know if you have any questions. I've got over $200k, so if you ever need any money just yell.

The only "Electronics" you need to buy are the Engine management and sparkplugs and wires. Don't worry about the chip, boost control, or the ignition, you don't need it.

Buy all the engine internal upgrades.

The carbon fiber hood. The wing doesn't do anything but make it look like a ricer.

The p1 wheels (-3 lbs lighter per wheel than stock)

Set your adjustable suspension on the 1st notch from the bottom.

Get the 200 shot of NOS. Duh?

Got to have the 555 nitto tires

Get the $400 speedometer and rpm/boost gauge

The clutch actually wears, so you'll nee to replace it every 20 or 30 runs. Thats why there's no green check mark after you buy it.

No wonder I kept tearing up my car in 1st gear almost every pass.

Hadnt played in a week or two want to but I was spending Waaaay to much time playing. I just opened it up and seen that you were pending on the team.

Be cool if we could drive each others cars.
What is your gear ratios in each gear and final rear end ratio?

I was hitting mid 8's consistantly with this set up, but doing almost $100 sometimes more in damage from over rev in first gear 1 out of 3 passes. Put if I raised 1st so I had time to react, then it slowed me down by almost 1/2 a second. I'd rather pay the money! LOL

I really need a better gear box configuration.
I am hitting low to mid 7's, got a challenge from another Viper and he is running low 6's!
Don't like to wimp out, but hate to lose $100 becasue he is set up better than me.

 

I really haven't been playing latetly, but here's some 6.4 to 6.5 gear ratios for the viper. It shift kind of fast, so be ready.

1st-3.636
2nd-1.863
3rd-1.295
4th-.925
5th-.720
6th-.530

Final- 3.513

Use Nos as soon as you hit the gas. To use Nos, push your "right" arrow key. Be careful when first using Nos, as it will blow an engine if you go over the rev limiter. Which I think is 6000 rpm's for the Viper. Set your shift light to 5750 until you get used to it. Just click on it and you can change your shift points. This game takes lot's of practice to be good at it. I've played it since 2004.

 

I couldnt get those exact numbers for some reason.
I got close and that got me to 7.4 (+/- .050) very consistant.
It has to be me, I just dont know what I can do. My reaction time is consistantly at .5 second, I am hitting red line for shifts, only real thing is my launch.
I stage in the middle, I put it in gear soon as the tree lights up, Hit the gas on the 3rd light, hard clutch, no tire spin... I'm hitting around 198 mph pass, but takes me 7.4 seconds to do it???
