Shoot, dad pulled a bigger trailer than I do now with a "little" 300 six. A truck ain't all about speed. I wanna see how well these current rigs hold up compared to our 71 and 66 Fords in 40 years.

The Hemi did not come out till `03.I the 4.7 is just fine in a half ton.

That Dodge aint so big!

This is big! ...

.
Around 22 ft long from bumper to bumper and weighing in at almost 7500 lbs. I've been told it can be purchased with a little 5.4L engine.

But, according to some here, this is not a photo of a "real" truck. This "non-truck" has vinyl floors & seats, am/fm 2-speaker radio and (gasp) crank-down windows!

My old grandcherokee limited had a 4.7ho in it. It ran really well what time it was not in the shop.



Btw nomo......thats not a long truck, this is a long truck.
