I lived in Kansas growing up and could drive at 14. I will be honest most of the first vehicles I got were given to me from my parents. BUT, these weren't new vehicle in any means. Looking back it was nice though. I also worked my azzz off in the summers and after school to pay for plates insurance and gas. SO this is the list from 14 to 28.
