I have one of those. They are hard to come by. When you find you one, take really good care of her, and don't let her get away.
5 acres separating the neighbors...hmmm. Something I have wanted for years. I agree that a neighbor that is so close they are almost room mates sucks. I know, I am in the same boat. I have been looking for the right piece of land out in the middle of no where...it's hard to find for the right price.

I haven't been to Schlitterbahn since I was a kid (The one in New Braunfels). Sounds good. I cant promise I can go ... but I will ask the boss.
