Hey D, this is for you!

Made it tonight with my daughter. Hope to cut it open tomorrow, after I buy some light whip cream of coarse.



I know, I know I forgo to put the foil on before throwing it in the oven so they got a little extra brown.

Good ole Betty Crocker cook book, recipe for Deep dish apple pie modified slightly. Used 5 premade pie crust (going to make a strawberry pie for hubby), an extra 2 cups of apples & of coarse substitue more cinnamon for nutmeg.

I was supposed to make a Chocolate Cream Pie today but I didn't have everything I needed and I didn't feel like running to town. . .sigh. . .
