I used to work at Mail Boxes Etc (now The UPS Store). We shipped frozen foods all the time, even ice cream!! Just freeze it solid, like -40°, you may have to find a commercial freezer to use, we referred people to the local ice cream parlor to borrow freezer space! Take it in a Styrofoam cooler (no ice necessary) to your local shipper, UPS Store or other, just before their Next Day Air packages leave the store, call them for a time. They will pack it up and send it out for you. And yes, it is costly!

 

Cool pics, I used to live in Mountain Home. I still have family up in that area, I just don't get to go up that way much anymore.
