Computer question, cant view graphics

Any idea as to why I cant view many pictures and graphics? Even some of the smilies are missing next to where im typing. Went to microsofts website to look for help, no luck, couldnt even see their logo or anything? Any suggestion are appreciated, thanks!

Have you cleared your Cookies and IE temp files?
