So the family is out of town for the weekend and I'm home alone. What do I do? Just got through eating a highly seasoned and marinated rare Sirloin steak and washed it down with beer. Nothing else. That steak was great. I think I'll do the same thing tomorrow. Enjoy brothers.

 

New York Strip is my favorite cut. About 1.5" thick, medium rare with a big ol' baked potato next to it. Butter and sour cream on the tater, nothing but charcoal grill burn marks on the steak.

 

Go to a firing range and shoot some guns with your friends or by yourself. Drink more beer. Lots of it.

 

Yes to all the above. Plus wash and wax the Lightning. Do some burn outs. Buy some new speakers for my stereo. XBox live. More steak and beer. I'll dry out later.
