a California burrito from a little Mexican 24 hour joint called Beto's. The California has grilled shredded beef, potatos, cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo on a tortilla. $4 and it weighs nearly a pound.

Now it's nappy time.

At my peak about two years ago I was 265 lbs.

I am now 229 lbs, with plans for a few more prior to SEMA. (Knowing full well that I will put a few pounds on, even with all the walking I will do at the show!)

Had lunch at Le Pain Quotidien:
A three mustard ham sandwich on Crusty French Bread - and small salad, water to drink.
