Fluids
I bought a '03 F-150 4X4 King Ranch about 3 months ago and just found out a couple of days ago that the dealership that I bought it from did not change any of the fluids in it. The truck has almost 70,000 miles on it. Should I change every fluid?
That is something i would do. Oil, filters including air. Check the owners manual for the suggested mileage for transmission and axle oil change.
After 3 months you are just about ready for the motor oil change.
Check the spare tire for air pressure also.. Just a suggestion as most do not
check that when they buy used.
Hope the truck treats you well.

I have put about 7000 miles on it since I have had it changed the oil three times put in a K&N and a magnaflow, but was just wondering about the other fluids, like transfer case, tranny, power steering, anitfreeze and axel fluid. Although rear axel according to the manual it is a synthetic lifelong fluid.
I would focus on the tranny fluid first. When you check it see if it smells "burnt" and look at the color. If it's still pinkish then it's prob not too bad. If it's more orangish then change it.
I just had mine changed. I started towing last year and I just installed a tranny cooler an temp guage. The tranny fluid didn't smell burnt but it was orangish in color. The bottle of fluid I had to replace what was lost in the cooler/guage install was pink. It's easy to see if you go buy a bottle of fluid (not a bad idea to have around anyway), put a little on a paer towel and then check your fluid with another paper towel and look at the difference.
If you want to be on the safe side take it and have everything flushed and changed. It'll cost 3-5 hundred bucks most likely, but you'll have the peace of mind and not have to worry about any of it again for a while.
