Cell phones
Baseball
Hockey
Golf
Multi-lane Freeways: (Free ways shoudl be 2 lanes in each direction, for faster travel and less congestion, pay a toll.
OPEC
V-6 full-size trucks
Did I mention cell phones.
I think anyone caught driving and talking on a cell phone (Unless it's built-in and hands free) should have to pay a $1,000.00 fine. I can't tell you how many times people yapping on a cell phone have drifted into my lane, or come close to hitting me.
Oh well- none of this will happen; but I'm bored after two solid weeks of getting my @$$-kicked at work; I actually have time to be.....bored.

Electricity....

I'd like to amend your list if you don't mind . . .
I'm soooooooo with you on the cell phone thing (although I'd keep golf because golf is great, the rest of your list I'm noncommittal on . . . )
Just yesterday, a woman on a cell phone driving a damn Navigator was yakking on the phone and drifted across and came within an inch of me. I honked my horn and she quickly got back into her lane. And then in less than a minute she started drifting over again, still on the phone.
Also, having to hear people talking loudly in public places is just . . . .

Television shows where all they do is document the vile lives of D-list celebrities (Danny Bonaduce, Britney Spears, Anna Nicole Smith, etc.) and/or self-indulged twenty-somethings (The [Un]Real World, Laguna Beach, Bridezillas, etc.) -- anything that chronicles the most perverse underbelly of our society and presents it as "normal"!
To make matters worse they beam this garbage all over the globe -- no wonder the rest of the world hates us so much!
(Cellphones rank a close second, though -- easily one of the most overrated and miserable trappings of the modern age!)
