Hi! New on the forum and F150 owner for the first time

Greetings!
Just bought a 1997 F150 XLT 4x4 with approx. 97k miles on it, imported from the U.S... and I must say; I like it a lot.
And as the topic says, I´m a noob with F150s (got a bunch of questions...stay tuned )
Seems to be a great forum you got here, with lots of good information.

Regards.

Welcome Fred!

Why is it when I meet someone named Fred I hear in my head something like ... (I'm.. to sexy for this thread, to sexy for this thread, so sexy yee'eaa.)

Alright "Right Said Fred",
We do have an intiation/hazing process here... Before you can post a question, you most first post a pic of your Girl friend, wife, wife and girlfriend, or a girl who is a friend, if truck is included in any of them that scores extra points. If you do not have any of those then a pic of your truck may suffice but may alter the quality of answers you might get. But even after posting a picture of your truck with out women you may still have to endure the harasment hazing by "D", and that's not fun!

Tip#1
Do not post a pic of truck with girlfriend showing stickers in your window!

Congratulations and welcome aboard! I have a similar truck to yours. I am just wondering what yours looks like, (color, engine, 4x4 or 4x2, etc...). I am just curious because I just bought a 1997 F150 that is black and has the 4.6L and is Black. Again, welcome aboard and God Bless.
