Come on down to Houston Co where the county government has an insatiable appetitie for taxpayer money and where the Sheriff is the equivalent to J. Edgar Hoover. Deputy behind every tree with your wallet as a target.
Massive, UNCONTROLLED growth and still these tax and spend morons had to have 2 SPLOST and a raise in the property taxes to continue their empire building.
Don't expect to get a cold beer on a Sunday or you'll get flogged with a bible, you have to go to Macon for a cold one. Still, no way I'd live in Macon

And, just compare the felonious crime rate here and in other places. The Sheriff and his deputies "take care of bidness" and we are safer for it.But at least our Second Amendment rights are still recognized, even in Macon:
