Looks like I am having hamburger helper.

 

Just had my cheese samich, potato chips and triple oatmeal cookie, with a Dr Pepper.

 

Leftover hamburger, and ice water... maybe a bag of chips from the vending machine...

 

It's only 10:38 here, haven't given lunch a thought yet, just finished breakfast!!

Tuna/relish sandwich, roasted almonds, and some ice water. Will eat some oatmeal before working out this evening....mmmm

An egg salad sandwich, a handful of baked Ruffles, a can of Diet Pepsi, and (4) fruit slices -- one of each color and eaten in this exact order:

*Orange: It has a nice neutral flavor that cleanses the palate for the delicate flavor of the next slice.

*Lemon: The subtlest of all the fruit slices -- delicate and light in flavor.

*Lime: It continues the citrus theme of the lemon only with a much stronger impact.

I am not doing Wendy's (too far to drive). I busted out with a #7 from Taco Bell.

Anyone know what a #7 is?
