Great vids!

Actually, you want to go fast enough to get a nice wake in front of your rig so the water is lower right behind the wake, which is generally your engine compartment. The first vid was almost ideal for both rigs. The second however, the second truck was WAY too close and he took some serious water when the wake from the first truck broke on his. Also, not criticizing just giving some tips to those who may need it.

The vids were a little choppy on my end (and I am on a T1 )....I would like to know how water-tight our cabs are for stuff like this...it does look like both trucks were damn near stock...which I like...

Looks like fun I dont know if I'd had the nerve to take my truck in water that deep.

Used to do that with the 92 bronco. Too great a risk for hydrolock to make me do it anymore. In the OJ maybe...

Now go change your diff/axle fluid...

Nah... Just wait and let the water that entered through the diff vent tube freeze here in a month or so and it will shatter the gears. Then you have an excuse to get some Detroit lockers!
