GM A/C Blower Resistor Pack Location?

Not Ford related, but I bet someone here knows. Can you tell me where to find this resistor pack on a 2002 Grand Prix GT? An in-law's car has a problem and I'm sure this is it (blower only runs on highest setting)...

If not a specific location on the Grand Prix, where are they USUALLY installed on late model GM cars?

Thanks

Got a reply from the guy selling them on eBay...

"Sound like the resistor to me. The first four speeds go through the resistor. On high, the resistor is bypassed and the motor gets the full 12 volts. Its on the inside on the passenger side up under the dash. You remove that lower hush panel and its right there. Even though its right there its still a pain to get in and out. Trick is to loosen the far bolt but dont take it out, that way you can slide it in and out without messing with that bolt. When you see it you will know what im talking about it. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask."
