When something breaks (PICS, 56k friendly)

This happened at 11:45pm yesterday 9/23/05. I was passing by the theatre to see what was playing so I could catch a movie today. Well as I was heading toward the exit, I passed over the drain. All of a sudden the car snapped right and before I could even react I was looking at the sky, then the car landed and came to a stop. Moved the cement pieces out of the way so other people wouldn't hit them, but you can see the dust and how far the car went. Right now she's sitting at McCotter Ford Collision and Repair.

(more coming, chill out)

Notice the metal piece with the hole in it, top right corner? That's my A-arm snapped

Why are those black 'burn out' stripes on the ground in the same area as your incident?

Joe, you got AIRBORNE?!?!?! You sure as hell weren't going 30 mph!! Judging from your skid marks, I'd guess closer to 90 (before you locked up the brakes). I hope to God you grow up before you kill yourself.

But what exactley happened? You hit the end of the block, got airborn, then landed back on the blocks? Or what?

Or am I missing something (only pics up to the first one of the car show up for me)(24K connection, not so good)
