Well after months of investigations the prosecuting attorneies office and I questioned a bunch of your co-workers and they pointed you as teh one who did it. We have signed affadvits stating that it was a prank you pulled one night at work!
Well the reason I'm calling is that these medical bills are getting to be more than I can handle and I was hoping I vould come over to you grandmas and pick up the money that you owe me...

Of course she will be in shock that some strange guy knows she lives with her granny. But she will still then say no!

So then I start getting irrate and start demanding money! Threatening to sue for few hundred thousand dollars in damages... Etc etc. If she hangs up "which she eventually will" then I'll call her right back even more upset that she hung up on me!

She will be so worked up worried that she is going to get sued or that my wife is going to come down there and get her that she wont sleep good for a week or more over it! "Cause my wifes a pretty good size ol gal and this current medical condition that you have put her in has her hormones all messed up. She'll rip my head off and spit down my throat then come looking for you if I dont get this money soon! We're looking at losing our house over this thing and then we are going to need more money for the loss, damages , and personal anguish you have put us throu." Muhahaha

While I think what this girl done is wrong in harassing you on the phone I have to say I strongly disagree with having a bunch of people call her to harass her back.

How old is she? Most likely young if she still lives with her grandmother. While what she did was wrong put yourself in her shoes and imagine how you would feel getting all kinds of strange calls. I would imagine she might get very frighten.

I think what should have happen is for Joe to call the number back and warn her if she continues her behavior he would file harassment charges. I would think if you had stopped by a local law enforcement agency they may have been able to help even if it was them calling her telling her they are the police and she has now been warned.

I don’t know how the laws work but any of you thinking of calling her might want to rethink that because you might end up is some legal trouble yourselves.

I know I would be very upset if someone started harassing me and maybe have a few friends call her to get the point across. However, putting the number out on the internet is not a very good idea.

You all might want to rethink calling her, even if innocent, because it could get spun out of control and again how would you feel people from all over calling. I would recommend deleting her number from these post so nobody finds themselves in possible legal troubles…

 

All my cell phones are with Alltel. But if you look them up on Whitepages.com or some other search, they will all come back in the search as Nextel phones.

That is because I had them ported to Alltel.

 

Considering I havn't worked at BK in over 3 months, I think it's kind of redicilous that she's having her friends call me from her phone just to harrass me.

If PSS or whom else want to call her, so be it, I'm not going to bat an eyelash. I could agree with you if this was the first time, but it's not, this is the 3rd time on top of having my car egged.

Honestly, I plan on bringing this to the attention of authorities if it happens again. By the way, she is 17 the last time I knew, and there is NOTHING innocent about her. I'm not the person to talk smack about someone, but she has been around the block more times than the amount of laps Kurt Bush drove to win the Sharpie 500 last night.

As long as the number was obtained legally, I don't believe there is any law against posting it wherever you wish. It would seem that Joe got the number from the ID on his phone when a person at the number called him. That would translate as a legally obtained number.
