Escape From New Orleans.

Ok,

Maybe this has been said, because I haven't read all the threads lately, but I submit this for ya'lls consideration.

Let's just take the money we are going to use for rebuilding Atlantis by the Bayou, and use it to put up a 20 ft. electrified fence around the lower half of Louisiana, and just use it for people with life sentences in prison. We just throw them over the wall, and let them rot, kill, rape, whatever the heck they want. Just write that whole piece of land off as a penitentiary. It will save us MILLIONS in tax dollars, and empty out our over crowded prisons.

Let's face it. If it's rebuilt, this WILL happen again eventually. We might as well use the land for some reasonable purpose.

Haven't you seen Escape From L.A. or Escape From New York? It always seems go backfire in the end...
