I agree, but please correct me if I'm wrong. Castration does not stop the sex drive. Years ago, maybe it was in England...don't remember...the Royal family would have a group of 'studly' men castrated...they were called 'castrotie' (sp)...pronounced kass-trot-ee. Their job was to...aah...'service' the queen, with no danger of her getting pregnant. I guess these guys were great performers.
So I think a rapist should have his whole package removed . That'll take care of the problem for sure.
