Thanks again guys!! Yep jamz, 12+ acres. The plus is because it's square on three sides and then follows the county road on the 4th side so it's a little bigger than 12. I really like the space!

Zap, I'm just coming home, I was born and raised in this neck of the woods. I would have loved to stay in Alaska but the cost of living will kill you there. You think gas is bad here, Cordova, AK, where we used to live, is over $4.00 a gallon now. Plan on going back to visit as often as we can though!!
