The cops are after me.
Today when I was going to a military surplus store, which is about 30 minutes from my house, I saw a lot of police cars. Within a hour, I have seen a total of 57 police cars and everytime I saw them I was going over the limit. I also saw 3 ambulances, 2 firetrucks, and 3 accidents.

He's saying it's kinda a coincidence that he saw 57 cops and probably was lucky that they didnt get him. It's kinda like saying "somebody is trying to kill me" when you almost get hit by a car. I guess??? I tried
