What's really amazing is how is sneaks up on you. You bike and bike, get through the first couple weeks of that soreness... and then a few more weeks later sha-BAM! Your quads are rock hard, *** is nice & calves get some luv too. Do you ride with clip peddles? Once I switched to those from the traps the hammies got into the act as well.

 

I only use the traps....I have been meaning to get some clips but have been spending my money on my truck instead....
