No accident report was written up. The kid can find a lawyer if he wants, but he was happy to step away from this mess with only a slap on the wrist. He deliberately swerved in front of me and slammed his brakes. He knew what he did. There were some kids skateboarding around that corroborated my story, but they couldn't say whether he swerved in front of me or not. He wasn't really roughed up. He was yelled at for being a punk, and they searched his vehicle, but other than that, he was off the hook. Why are some of you having such a hard time believing my story? Do you guys think I am making it up?
