You could always save yourself some cash and take Jamz to Rudys for lunch....I am sure he can help get those 4 teeth out....as well as some bonus teeth....

 

Well, I'm back.. Took about 30 minutes.
They put an IV in my hand, then plopped me in a wheelchair & put me in my Moms Yukon..
I was like wtf?

They didn't give me my teeth.



I didn't like the needle either, so I didn't look. haha
I think they have you give you that disclaimer about the numbness for legal reasons.


It only cost me $35 to get them out.. That's cheaper than driving to Rudys!

Well, I wasn't on duty today anyway.

 

They put you under for wisdom teeth? ROFL. I just got a little novicane (sp). The only time the dentist put me under was when I got my jaw broken. That Juice is pretty sweet though

 

if they're compounded (ie not sticking up straight) they put you under so they can dig around they had to break two of mine to get them out- man they didnt even give me a needle, they put this super cold patch of cloth on top of my hand, and told me to count backwards from 20.... i got to 13 good luck with the recovery! those stitches are the weirdest feeling things in your mouth!

 

I had mine removed when I was in the Marine Corps. Let me tell you when I say Naval Doctors enjoy hurting people, you better believe me. I swear the guy was using old rusty pliers to pull mine out. Needle, I wish, this dude used an old nail. I never thought I'd get outtalk there alive. He kept telling me, "be still, or it will hurt." The friggin fruit didn't realize the reason I was squirmin was because it DID hurt. If he wasn't an officer, and I new I could have gotten away with it, I would have knocked his old *** out.


On a positive side to Naval Dr's...I had one hook me up with a bridge. $2500 worth of dental work....at no cost.

yeah, I got all 4 removed. The bottom ones were partially erupted. The tops were no where near coming out, but the roots extended into my sinus cavity.

I wanted to just get it all over with at once.
