I would just like to take a moment to tell you my story. Last week I ordered a stainless steel bug deflector for my truck. When I got the package I saw that the box it came in was in not so good shape......(holes in the box and really really flabby cardboard). So when I pulled the deflector out it was bent in some places and not really sturdy.......had damage in the middle of the sheild. Well I called them up today and told them my situation. They are really nice people to deal with. She told me that a new bug deflector will be at my house this Wednesday and that UPS will come and pick up this one I have in a week. I give F150store a big two .

 

its good to hear they have good service. im thinkin abou buyin a few thigs from them. i like their selection. lets just hope they dont send you another bad one.
