how do you take off the front license plate holder off these trucks. looks like some plastic clips, ive pulled on them hard enough that i think i might break something. anyhow i dont require a front tag and by taking this off will really clean up the look of the front end . any advice will be appreciated

There are 4 plastic push-rivets that hold it in place. You can see them if you look. Use a flat screwdriver or something to pry them out and then remove the tag holder.
Yeah, my truck was dirty when I took this picture. 25K miles in 9 months will do that.
