I had asked prior to sending my truck to the shop, what I should expect and most said not to expect the rotors to be covered under warranty. Out of pure shock to me, they replaced the front rotors no questions asked.

They found a leak in the a/c compressor seal and replaced that and they're replacing the switch to my rear sliding window, which they couldn't even find to be malfunctioninng.

All in all, the service exceeded my expectations. The "Customer service" on the other hand.... well i'm sure you've read that thread....

 

Glad to see everything turned out good in the end.

 

Once you can find a good service adviser try and stay with that one person. My adviser left and I'll be in the same boat soon.

You got yourself a good stealership it seems, a pal of mine was having problems and the stealership he went to wouldn't do anything about the rotors due to mileage so he had to buy new ones out of pocket. It was the fix though even with his out of pocket $ the truck is now gtg ..

 

Yea, all-in-all the stealership's service dept seems good, it was just the jackass service adviser who was an ***.
