Well, This morning I woke up and it felt like christmas morning because I was going to get my tires put on today(35x12.50R18 toyo m/t's) but when I get to the tire place the guy looks at me and says your tires didnt come in today so I was like okay so I said i'll come back tommorrow. The guy starts acting weird so he said I'll just call you when they come in and at this point I thought something was up. I walked outside to the garrage part because one of my friends works their part time cleaning up and stuff and I see a f-150 sitting in their and they just got finished putting tires on it. I looked at it and it looked good, then I noticed they were the same tires I was getting so I thought to myself, my truck is gonna look like that when my tires come in . I walk over to the guy and we start talking about his truck and the daystar leveling kit vs. the autospring cause he had the daystar and I have the autospring, and I asked him how long it took for his tires to come in and he said that he just came up here and got them and Thats when I got mad. I act like nothing had happened and I walk in the main store part and ask the guy what was going on and he just stood their for a moment and when he started trying to talk was mumbling and sluring his words and I was like what, I cant understand you. He said we sold your tires to that guy . He said we can order you some more so I was like ok but I want free installation and he said ok. I was like cool, It may take a little longer to get them but it'll be cheaper . Then the guy gets on the phone and starts talking to whoever at the warehouse or whatever and he said "oh, ummm ok buy" and I was like whats wrong? He said we dont have anymore and it'll be 2 months before we can get some more and at this point I could have killed him . I ordered some factory 17's from ebay the other day so I could put some all terrains on during the summer next year and I have decided go somewhere else and buy tires for the 17's when they get in. The more I think about that little punk that gave my tires away the more I want to choke him. Sorry for the long sentences and misspelled words and misuse punctuation but I'm really mad and spelling is the last thing on my mind. I just needed to vent but it didnt help any.

 

dude that sucks... I would be so damn furious if they sold my tires off to someone else that i just special ordered! oh they'd need to really kiss it to keep my business at that point. not sure where you are, but i just ordered my toyo m/ts 33's from this place (install tomorrow), they had quite a few sizes in stock at their distribution warehouses when i called last week. if theyve got a place in your town they might be worth a call?

Should of made them take them off that guys truck and put them on your truck.

 

That is not right, I would probably not do business with them again. They were hoping that they could sell an extra set of tires and didn't think to check to see if they could get those tires in again.

Call around locally and see if you can find what you are looking for.

 

I'd pick up the Yellow pages and find the next tire store in your area ..
That's bogus, they must have beat the dude for a profit ...

 

Glad it was you and not me because I would more than likely have ended up in the slammer for the night. I assume you must not have put a deposit on them...?? You can bet they raked the guy who bought them for some extra $$$. What I find totally unbelieveable is that the dirt bag told you that he sold YOUR tires.....He must be a real piece of *****.....

 

If you even consider for one moment letting that shop touch your truck ever again, you deserve a severe beating about the head and upper body. I'm amazed that you even stood there long enough to let the moron try and order another set of tires. If you let people schitt on you and you ask for more, they will always schitt on you again.

 

The place where I was gonna get em isnt just a tire shop but it's like a farm supply place. My dad buys disel, gas, and tires for everything from their. He must spend over 5K a month at that place and they have the nerve to do that. My dad wasnt happy about it and called them and threatened to take his business else where and they guy was practically begging. He got in trouble over it from his manager but I still dont have the tires I wanted . There are like three different locations around here so when I get my 17's in I'm just gonna get some 305 maxxis bighorns at one of the other locations. Those are the tires I wanted to start off with but I decided to go with 35's but now that I bought some 17 I'll get those. They are exactly 34 inches tall so they should be fit perfectly. They are a little wide for the 7.5 rim but I know people who run them on 7.5 rims without problems. I'm still pissed big time
