My restored 65 F-100
Its a piece to be proud of, no doubt. I miss my old '65, but always wanted to do the power steering and power brake upgrade as well. I never had to worry about people wanting to drive it, without power steering they would always back out.
super nice truck
i'm in the process of restoring a 73 ford f-100.
the truck was orginally bought by my greatgrandfather, and has been in the family everysince.
it came from the factory with a 302 and a heater, not even a radio.
i've added:
a 351w bored 60 over
edelbrock alum. cyl heads
holley fuel injection
c-6 tci tranny
3.50 posi rear end
power steering and brakes
air condition
carpet
new seat
10" mtx subs and amp
power windows and locks
keyless entry
wheels and tires
new door panels, dash , all the inside stuff
and replaced all the bushings through out
the only thing i have left to do is repaint.
(the truck was painted when i was 15, about 12 years ago, it was my first ride)
i dont' have a recent pic, but i will get one and post it
