Here is a pic of the concept car. I think this would have been better than what they did!

If GM actually puts a camero out like that....I'm getting one.

You do that!

I just kinda got aggravated when they quit making the Camaro because it killed the rivalry you know? They just bowed out instead of improvised and made something better like Ford did. Looks to me like too little too late. It is kinda sharp, but no Stang.

Good point valve. What if GM did that to get the demand up for an affordable HOTROD of today? True the Stang is priced reasonable, GT is a little out of my price range though.

Now, lets say the camaro concept is priced more reasonable then the GT? I dought it will happen, but if they did, sales for GM would prolly go through the roof.

thats not a GM concept. That was some kid using photoshop and now the pics are circulating the 'net claiming to be the 07 Camaro.

GM canceled their rear drive car platform and won't be coming out with one anytime soon.

Soonest you could see a new Camaro is 2010. Given the state they're in, I wouldnt be expecting this car anytime in the next 5-10 years.

As an owner of an original 1966 Charger, the new one is a travesty! Four doors? Christ, get real!

Was gassing up the Lightning last Friday when the guy at the pump next to me says, "Wow, there's one of those new Chargers right behind you."

I made a couple disparaging remarks about 4 door sedans being old fart vehicles and I wouldn't allow one on my property, and the guy starts in about it being made on the same platform as the 300 or some such crap, and I told him why would I want one of those when the Lightning would dust his *** anyhow? I guess I was just in a bad mood, but I HATE it when people take a historical piece of machinery like the Charger and paste it over some POS sedan. The GTO also comes to mind.

No kiddin...It's sad when a Cali kid can strike the interest of competitors in a truck forum when GM is struggling with the HHR and Avalanche and other crap. I wish I woulda raised the BS flag now. Couldn't really think why they would kill it and revive it so quick.
