Here's mine, just off old Route 66 near Goffs, CA. This is north of I40 in the Mojave desert.

What ever it was, it was big, flat, low, solid and you were moving!
Looks like concrete scrapes on the bumper cover.

I don't think I've ever seen a bumper pushed back that far while still being even.

That just looks like it might have hurt a little bit...

I was thinking,,, ahh thats all before the axle it could be fixed. Then I noticed that and was like. "Whoa holy crap Bat Man, that had to buckle behind the axle too!"

Now share the story.
If you have already, then I missed it so share it again.
driving home after partying all july 4th (didnt drink more than i usually do, actually alot less then i normally do rather said) heading home around 330am on july 5th and kinda took a nap.....

almost rear ended the car that was infront of me, but i woke up just in time to poop my pants and try to change lanes to avoid hitting them doing about 75-80mph.

truck swerved right and smack the car along the front bumper (driver side) the car was going way slower so they we kinda just pushed outta the way. my truck kept going head on about 65-70mph into a concrete guard rail.

the cab remained flawless, other than a deployed airbag. and my driver side door had buckled a bit so it was harder to open/close.

very lucky that no one was hurt, the insurance stepped up to the plate and took care of both me and the other people quick as lightining.....and was even luckier that my lawyer got my below the legal limit DUI reduced to a reckless w/ a withhold (no school, points yada yada yada..).

lesson learnt...

nite nite!

ps. btw my year aniversery since i had my wreck, and i still got my new truck!
