By 9pm I had endured enough noise and fumes. I got in my truck and drove through the firecracker haze and got on the interstate just to drive in peace and quiet for a while. Went about an hour, then turned around and came back. Only a couple diehards still shooting off the last of their illegal stash. I gotta be at it at 7:30 tomorrow morning.

 

I dont go in untill 2230 hours central time on tuesday07/05/05.
it should be enough to get over the white russian(s)

 

Been working the past 4 midnights

But the 2 week vacation starts tomorrow.
and it will be spent with a week long road trip in the truck.

I got 2 weeks off mang... Gonna be here most of the time:

 

I'm on a forced vacation of sorts. After 5 yrs with my "former' Co. I've been laid off, it seems they are revamping their system in an attempt to save $ and
moved my position to a third party logistics out of state, so I'm gonna take this down time to do some tweaking on my rig. I just got my Cowles body side molding kit ( black ) and I need to get under the hood cleaned too, so I'll
keep busy with those things, I'm even debating whether or not to take off my
bug shield ... problem is I like both looks with or with out ?

 

I go back in ten minutes, LOL!

Lucky me, 2 month medical. I go back 7-25. I work for Ford and I heard the plant was hot as . Luckily I banked the 2 week shutdown we get. So like I told the Super. before I left, I'll probably take the summer off!
