Can someone explain X-Plan pricing

I am considering a new 05 FX4 to replace my 2000 lariat off-road. Have not bickered with the salesmen yet but did find one that I would consider getting. Someone on a RV website is offering some 'x-plan's to people. I have not heard back from him, but am curious as to what the x-plan is and what it does? How much can I expect to save over just bickering with the sales people?
TIA

X-Plan is a pre-negotiated (pre-determined) price based on the employee pricing plan. I believe that it represents 4% over the employee (A-Plan) price. The nice thing about X-Plan is that it takes some of the negotiating out of a vehicle purchase and your pricing is still eligible for rebates and other incentives. In pricing out some vehicles the past couple of years, I found that traditional negotiation resulted in just as good a price. Your mileage may vary.
