Question for Dzervit

D, where did you get your laptop mount? If you posted about it earlier, I missed it.

Thanks

Some clown off of e-bay. Was like $40. Basically a cut piece of plexi-glass and some pipe pieces from Home Depot. You can make one cheaper, but I didn't want to think. It served it's purpose. Not adjustable, no frills laptop mount.

That's what I thought too. But, on the other hand those $200 models are very flexible and can be moved and locked to position, and pushed outta the way when needed. The cheap pipe models get wrenched into place and that's it. If your going to use it frequently, get a good one. If it's for road trips every once in awhile (like me) then get the cheap-o e-bay model!

EDIT: Got it from these guys: http://www.mobilelaptopmount.com/ Others are similar, do an e-bay search for 'laptop mount' and you'll see what I mean.

Well, I still might spring for a "good" one, but in the mean time, I copied the idea from those ebay ones and made my own for now. About 15.00 bucks worth of stuff from Home Depot. Not very adjustable, but can be removed in a few minutes.
