As a black man- let me say this...
Kids do stupi s**t; but- this time, stupid s**t resulted in a child being severely injured, and the s**t being scared out of the rest of the kids, and not to mention- the parents... (Imagine gettign a phone call that a freaking CAR has plowed into your child's daycare.)
The adult said he let the girl listen to the radio, and she decided to take off in the car. Other people were in the car who hauled a$$ when the accident happened- So, that tells me someone knew right from wrong; if you knew enough to carry-2$$ when that happened...
So, with that said- this is a lesson in personal responsibility... Sit that a$$ in jail- and think about how badly you effed up.
I call 'em like I see 'em, and this- is most definitely NOT race related...

There's a reason you can't pump your own gas in NJ (AKA Communist Hell Hole). I asked Congressman Jim Saxton this once and he told me it was a move by the ACLU & other "rights" groups to ensure the "un-skilled" have jobs...
