The two that make me pause the channel changer whenever they are on:

Planes Trains & Automobiles
It's got it all, Holidays, Family, people and situations that are really out there and really happen. I was traveling on business just liike 'Neal' the first time I saw it. The car-rental counter scene tears me up. Through the whole movie I was nodding, yep that happened to me and yep that happened to me too.
"You're going the wrong way! You're going to kill someone!"

The Good the Bad and the Ugly
I'm a western fan and that's the all-time western.
Paco (Eli Wallach) doesn't end up with all the gold but, he steals the movie.

I'm re-doing my game room in a western motif and a black-n-white I'm getting off E-bay of Paco wearing the 'neck-tie' at the end of the movie will be a centerpiece.

Top Gun: (I'm not gonna sit here and blow sunshine up your *** Lieutenant.)

Unforgiven: (Any man what-don't wanna get killed, best head on out the back.) (Shot 'im three times while he was takin' a s**t. Take a drink kid. I, I ain't no dam* killer, like you are, Willaim Munny.)

A Few Good Men: (You believe that don't you?. What's that? That I'm here to help you in any way I can.. Yes sir....

... [/i][/b]What I want is for you to stand there in that fa**oty-white uniform, and with your Harvard mouth- extend me some ****ing courtesy! You gotta ask me nicely!.[/i][/b]

Patton: I'm not about to drink with any Russian sonofab!tch. (Sir, I can't tell the General that.) You tell him that- word for word.

In the Line of Fire: We can't have monsters roaming the quiet countryside, now can we?

Star Trek: Nemesis: My voice will still echo long-after yours has faded, into a dim- memory...

Episode III: It's over for you now Master... Your fighting skills have always been lacking, that's why they call you- 'The Negotiator'.

Saving Private Ryan: Don't shoot! Let 'em burn!!!
